In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Basically, all our systems and data (web server log files and usage data) are operated and stored on servers in the EU (currently exclusively in Austria) - in any case within the scope of the area of validity of the GDPR.

Contact with us

Server access log

Each time a file (page source, images, etc.) is accessed, the web server creates an entry in a log file. This includes the date and time of access, your IP address, the name and version of your web browser, and the web page (URL) from which you access a new file by means of a reference/link.

This data is stored for 14 days and is used solely to check system security. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

Web-Analysis

We use "Matomo" on this website to statistically analyze visitor data. This analysis tool is operated by ourselves and therefore does not send any data to third parties. Which cookies are generated by "Matomo" can be read on the info page. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (at least by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

User data will be kept for a period of 2 years.
